Echo Investment is the best office developer, Park Rozwoju is the best office building and Q22 is the highest rated project with a BREEAM Interim Excellent certificate. The awards were presented during the CEE Investment & Green Building Awards 2014 gala, which was organized by EuropaProperty.

The ceremony took place in Warsaw on the 30th of October this year. Echo Investment won the Office Developer of the Year category. Jurors also awarded the first stage of Park Rozwoju which won the Office Development of the Year category. The Q22 office building, which obtained the highest rating in Poland in the Excellent category of the BREEAM Interim certification process, was awarded a special prize. Its score of 79.1 % places Q22 in the first place in the small group of office buildings which hold BREEAM Excellent certificates.
