Galeria Veneda in Łomża, which was developed by Echo Investment, received an award in the Shopping Centre of the Year category in a competition organized by the Polish Council of Shopping Centres.

The gala of the PRCH Retail Awards 2014 competition took place on the 16th of October in Warsaw. A jury comprised of shopping centre management, leasing, architecture and marketing experts awarded the best shopping facilities and marketing campaigns for the fifth time. The Polish Council of Shopping Centres is an organization which brings together over 200 investors, developers and tenants of shopping centres. It created the PRCH Retail Awards competition in order to promote the best business practices in the shopping centre industry in Poland in a professional and impartial way. The facility has a total area of 40,000 sqm, nearly 16,000 sqm of which is earmarked for lease. Its customers can shop in a Tesco hypermarket, as well as various shops including: RTV Euro AGD, Reserved, House, Cropp Town, Mohito, Sinsay, CCC, Rossmann, Orsay, Deichmann, Martes Sport, Kari, Cliff Sport, Apart, 4F, Takko Fashion and Zabawkowy Raj. Its car park offers 600 parking spaces to customers. The opening of Galeria Veneda took place on the 7th of March earlier this year. The general contractor of Galeria Veneda was Instal Białystok.
