The Management Board of Echo Investment made a decision to issue another block of bonds for individual investors. The D series includes 500,000 3.5-year bonds with a value of PLN 100 each.

The interest on the D series bonds is based on WIBOR 6M plus a margin of 3.15 pct. The Dom Maklerski PKO Bank Polski brokerage house in Warsaw is the transaction agent. From June until September this year Echo Investment issued three series of bonds which sold out very quickly. Securities with a total value of PLN 150 mln (series A – PLN 50 mln, series B – PLN 25 mln and series C – PLN 75 mln) sold out within just a few days.
