A Vision Express outlet with an area of 95 sqm is to be opened in Galeria Sudecka, which is being developed by Echo Investment in Jelenia Góra.
Vision Express currently has a chain of over 160 optical studios. All the locations include an ophthalmological surgery which offers standard eye tests for the selection of correction glasses or contact lenses. “Vision Express continues its expansion in Poland in order to increase its market share. Its new outlet in Galeria Sudecka is another step in this direction. We are sure that this professional and modern outlet will fulfil expectations of our customers in Jelenia Góra and its immediate area,” says Andrzej Dalkowski, marketing director at Vision Express. The group of tenants of Galeria Sudecka has also been joined by an Italian restaurant, thus the entire area of its food court has been leased. Customers of Galeria Sudecka will be able to choose from restaurants including: North Fish, Thai Restaurant, Kuchnia Polska and Berlin Doner Kebap. “Leasing the entire area of the food court confirms the attractiveness of our project. Not only large, nationwide chains decided to cooperate with us but also local entrepreneurs. In this way we managed to create a very interesting gastronomy offer,” says Michał Banasik, leasing manager in Echo Investment"s Shopping Centre Department. Galeria Sudecka is 93-pct commercialized. Echo Investment has recently signed contracts with: the Carry chain (1,000 sqm) and Super-Pharm (500 sqm). The investor has also signed a letter of intent with the Komfort chain. It concerns the opening of a shop with an area of 700 sqm. In October some area was handed over to the first few tenants. The opening of Galeria Sudecka is planned for the spring of 2015. Galeria Sudecka is being developed in the Zabobrze district at the site of the Echo shopping centre which has been open for over 13 years. The centre is planned to include 100 shops, restaurants and service outlets, as well as a multi screen Helios cinema with a cafe and bar area and a Fabryka Formy fitness club. Apart from an Auchan hypermarket, a Helios cinema and a Fabryka Formy fitness club tenants of Galeria Sudecka will include Reserved, Go Sport, Carry, Super-Pharm, Empik, Smyk, RTV Euro AGD, House, Mohito, Sinsay, Cropp Town, Diverse, Top Secret, Monnari, Gino Rossi, Wólczanka, Ochnik, CCC, Wojas, Ryłko, Triumph, Lee Wrangler, Big Star, Martes Sport, 4F, Apart, Yes, Matras, Molton, Vision Express, Wójcik, Jupi Park, North Fish, Thai Restaurant, Kuchnia Polska, Berlin Doner Kebap, Grycan and others.
