A shop of the Molton chain with an area of 90 sqm is to be opened in Galeria Sudecka, which is being developed in Jelenia Góra by Echo Investment.

Molton is a Polish company which specializes in the production and sales of elegant women"s clothing. It has been present on the market since 1989. It currently has an extensive chain including its own outlets, franchise shops as well as brand stands in shopping centres. “Molton is another shop which will strengthen the broad fashion offer of Galeria Sudecka. It is another Polish company which can boast successful development and expansion in shopping centres all over Poland,” says Jarosław Tutaj, Senior Leasing Manager in Echo Investment"s Shopping Centre Department. Galeria Sudecka is currently 93-pct commercialized. Echo Investment has recently signed contracts with e.g. the Carry chain (1,000 sqm) and Super-Pharm (500 sqm). During the Shopping Centre Forum fair the investor signed a letter of intent with the Komfort chain. It concerns the opening of a Komfort shop with an area of 700 sqm. Galeria Sudecka is currently 93-pct commercialized. Echo Investment has recently signed contracts with companies including: the Carry chain (1,000 sqm), Super-Pharm (500 sqm), Big Star (180 sqm) and Wólczanka (80 sqm). Galeria Sudecka is being developed in the Zabobrze district at the site of the Echo shopping centre which has been open for over 13 years. It will be the first shopping and entertainment centre in the Jelenia Góra region. The centre is planned to include 100 shops, restaurants and service outlets, as well as a multi screen Helios cinema with a cafe and bar area. The commercialization of the project amounts to 91 pct. Tenants of Galeria Sudecka will include the shops of the LPP group (Reserved, House, Mohito, Cropp Town and Sinsay), as well as RTV Euro AGD, GoSport, Martes Sport, Smyk, Empik, CCC, Wojas, Ryłko, 4F, Kubenz, Monnari, Cipo&Baxx, Top Secret, Diverse, Ryłko, 4F, Apart, Ochnik, Triumph, Kubenz, Rossman, Yes, Matras, Świat Zabawek, Wójcik, Giacomo Conti, North Fish, Kuchnia Polska, Grycan, Thai Restaurant and others.  www.galeriasudecka.pl
