Echo Investment, which is developing Galeria Sudecka in Jelenia Góra, has signed a letter of intent with Komfort. It concerns the opening of a shop of the brand, which is to have an area of 700 sqm.

The Komfort outlet is to be opened in the second stage of the construction of the retail park, which will provide customers of Galeria Sudecka with a comprehensive range of interior design and decoration products. The investor has already signed a contract with Leroy Merlin, which is to open a DIY supermarket with an total area of 15,000 sqm in the retail park. The first shop of the Komfort chain was opened in Poland in 1992. Nowadays the shops of the chain offer the broadest on the market selection of floor panels, wall-to-wall carpets, carpets, wooden floors and doors as well as accessories for the assembly and maintenance of flooring. The shops also provide a package of additional services related to the assembly and maintenance of floors and doors as well as the design and sewing of window decorations. The company employs approx. 1,000 people. Galeria Sudecka is currently 93-pct commercialized. Echo Investment has recently signed contracts with companies including: the Carry chain (1,000 sqm), Super-Pharm (500 sqm), Big Star (180 sqm) and Wólczanka (80 sqm). Galeria Sudecka is being developed in the Zabobrze district at the site of the Echo shopping centre which has been open for over 13 years. It will be the first shopping and entertainment centre in the Jelenia Góra region. The centre is planned to include 100 shops, restaurants and service outlets, as well as a multi screen Helios cinema with a cafe and bar area. The commercialization of the project amounts to 91 pct. Tenants of Galeria Sudecka will include the shops of the LPP group (Reserved, House, Mohito, Cropp Town and Sinsay), as well as RTV Euro AGD, GoSport, Martes Sport, Smyk, Empik, CCC, Wojas, Ryłko, 4F, Kubenz, Monnari, Cipo&Baxx, Top Secret, Diverse, Ryłko, 4F, Apart, Ochnik, Triumph, Kubenz, Rossman, Yes, Matras, Świat Zabawek, Wójcik, Giacomo Conti, North Fish, Kuchnia Polska, Grycan, Thai Restaurant and others.    www.galeriasudecka.pl
