Echo Investment has won the first prize in the ‘Developer of the Year’ category of the Prime Property Prize 2014 competition.

The award for the best developer was received by Artur Langner, vice-president of Echo Investment"s management board. “The award and the "Developer of the Year" title is a great source of pride for us and a confirmation of the rightly chosen development strategy of the company. We have completed over 100 projects, a million square metres of apartments, offices, hotels and shopping centres, yet we are already planning another million. I am happy that readers and experts have spotted our increasing potential,” says vice-president Artur Langner. The award gala took place on the 22nd of September in Warsaw and it was a summary of the first day of the Property Forum 2014. The Prime Property Prize 2014 competition is organized by the editorial team of the PropertyNews.pl portal. The competition is meant to select companies and projects which had the most impact on the commercial property market and the development of the entire industry last year.
