Echo signs contracts at Shopping Center Forum

The commercialization of Galeria Sudecka, which is being developed by Echo Investment in Jelenia Góra, is nearing completion. During the Shopping Center Forum fair contracts were signed with Wólczanka and the Big Star chain, the group of tenants was also joined by the T-Mobile brand.

The autumn edition of Shopping Center Forum is an excellent opportunity to finalize contracts between Echo Investment and its partners. A shop of the Wólczanka chain (30 sqm) is to be opened in the largest shopping and entertainment centre in Jelenia Góra region, as well as an outlet of the popular Big Star clothing chain (180 sqm). Its group of tenants has also been joined by T-Mobile (over 50 sqm). Shopping Center Forum is a cyclical meeting of tenants and shopping centre developers, which has been organized since 2005. It is the largest event of this type in Poland and Central Europe. Galeria Sudecka is 93-pct commercialized. Echo Investment has recently signed contracts with the Carry chain (1,000 sqm) and Super-Pharm (500 sqm), among others.
 
Galeria Sudecka is being developed in the Zabobrze district at the site of the Echo shopping centre which has been open for over 13 years. The centre is planned to include 100 shops, restaurants and service outlets, as well as a multi screen Helios cinema with a cafe and bar area and a Fabryka Formy fitness club. Apart from an Auchan hypermarket, a Helios cinema and a Fabryka Formy fitness club tenants of Galeria Sudecka will include Reserved, Go Sport, Carry, Empik, Smyk, RTV Euro AGD, House, Mohito, Sinsay, Cropp Town, Diverse, Super-Pharm, Top Secret, Monnari, Gino Rossi, Ochnik, CCC, Wojas, Ryłko, Triumph, Lee Wrangler, Martes Sport, 4F, Rossmann, Apart, Yes, Matras, Wójcik, Jupi Park, North Fish, Thai Restaurant, Kuchnia Polska, Berlin Doner Kebap, Grycan and others. The design of Galeria Sudecka provides for a retail area of 50,000 sqm. A mall including shops, boutiques, services and the first cinema multiplex in town is to be built first. The final stage of Galeria Sudecka will involve a two-phase construction of a retail park which will include a Leroy Merlin DIY supermarket with a total area of 15,000 sqm, among other things.
