Galeria Sudecka which is being developed by Echo Investment, will now include a shop of the popular clothing brand Carry, which is to occupy nearly 1,000 sqm. It will be the first shop of the brand in Jelenia Góra.

“It is very good news that Carry has chosen Galeria Sudecka for its debut. Carry is a very recognizable clothing brand that is why I am convinced that the shop will enjoy a lot of interest among customers,” says Marek Gładki, director of the commercialization and marketing team at Echo Investment"s Shopping Centre Department. “I am happy that we will be able to compliment the fashion offer of Galeria Sudecka. On the one hand Jelenia Góra is a new market for us, on the other hand the facility has a well proven location,” says Wiesław Sobota, president of Carry Sp. z o.o. Carry is one of the most recognizable Polish clothing brands. It was established in 2000. Its product offer includes women"s, men"s and youth clothing as well as a wide range of accessories. The commercialization of Galeria Sudecka has reached 91 pct. Echo Investment has recently signed contracts with Triumph (60 sqm), Apart (85 sqm) and Ochnik (90 sqm), among others. Galeria Sudecka is being developed in the Zabobrze district at the site of the Echo shopping centre which has been open for over 13 years. The centre is planned to include 100 shops, restaurants and service outlets, as well as a multi screen Helios cinema with a cafe and bar area and a Fabryka Formy fitness club. Apart from an Auchan hypermarket, a Helios cinema and a Fabryka Formy fitness club tenants of Galeria Sudecka will include Reserved, Go Sport, Empik, Smyk, RTV Euro AGD, House, Mohito, Sinsay, Cropp Town, Diverse, Top Secret, Monnari, Gino Rossi, Ochnik, CCC, Wojas, Ryłko, Triumph, Lee Wrangler, Martes Sport, 4F, Rossmann, Apart, Yes, Matras, Wójcik, Jupi Park, North Fish, Thai Restaurant, Kuchnia Polska, Berlin Doner Kebap, Grycan and others.
The design of Galeria Sudecka provides for a retail area of 50,000 sqm. A mall including shops, boutiques, services and the first cinema multiplex in town is to be built first. The final stage of Galeria Sudecka will involve a two-phase construction of a retail park which will include a Leroy Merlin DIY supermarket with a total area of 15,000 sqm, among other things.
