New shops in Galeria Amber

Douglas, Wójcik, Simple, Lupa are the brands that are to extend the offer of Galeria Amber in Kalisz, which is being developed by Echo Investment.

The largest shopping and entertainment centre in the Kalisz and Ostrów conurbation was opened on the 20th of March earlier this year. 3 months after its opening Galeria Amber had a footfall of a million people. The offer of Galeria Amber is continuously extended. A shop of Simple – a popular clothing brand which belongs to the Gino Rossi group, was opened on the 20th of August. The shop has an area of nearly 80 sqm. In August customers of Galeria Amber will be able to shop in a Douglas perfumery (240 sqm) as well as a Wójcik shop (75 sqm) which offers clothing for children and the youth. The group of tenants is to be joined by the Lupa footwear shop (Maciejka Footwear – 100 sqm). “Galeria Amber has quickly become not only a favourite shopping spot but also an entertainment centre and a place for spending free time. With our customers in mind we continue to extend its retail offer and provide access to the offer of popular brands,” says Marta Kostyk, director of Galeria Amber in Kalisz. Galeria Amber is a three-storey shopping and entertainment centre located in the centre of Kalisz, near the main railway and bus stations, at the crossroads of Górnośląska Street and Trasa Burszytnowa. It is the largest facility of its kind in the Kalisz and Ostrów conurbation which has a population of nearly 350,000 people. It has a leasable area of 33,500 sqm. Tenants of Galeria Amber include: an E.Leclerc hypermarket, Helios, Fitness Club Fabryka Formy, H&M, C&A, New Yorker, Reserved, Intersport, RTV Euro AGD, Home&You, Smyk, Empik, Deichmann, CCC, Mohito, Sinsay, Cropp Town, House, Orsay, Monnari, Kazar, Ryłko, Wojas, Ecco, Matras, Vistula, Lavard, Pierre Cardin, Ochnik, Yes, Vision Express, SunLoox, as well as the KFC, McDonald"s and North Fish restaurants, among others. The facility includes a hypermarket and nearly 140 shops and service outlets, cafes and restaurants. There is also a 7-screen Helios cinema. Customers will be able to use approx. 1,000 parking spaces. The preliminary architectural concept of Galeria Amber was created by Bose International Planning and Architecture. The mall was designed as a multi-storey retail, service and entertainment facility including one floor of an underground car park and two floors of an above-ground car park. The above-ground part of the facility consists of two full retail floors and a partial second floor containing the cinema and the recreational area. The author of the construction plans is the Artur Jasiński i Wspólnicy Biuro Architektoniczne Sp. z o.o. architectural studio and Echo Investment"s team of architects. www.galeria-amber.com.pl
