Tenants of Galeria Sudecka, which is being developed by Echo Investment in Jelenia Góra, have been joined by the popular and renowned brands Apart and Ochnik.
The Apart jewellery shop will occupy an area of 85 sqm. The brand is one of the leaders in the jewellery business, both in terms of financial results, the number of salons (of which it currently has 200) as well as the range of products offered. Results of a nationwide consumer survey which was carried out by TNS OBOP confirmed that Apart is the best known and most appreciated jewellery brand in Poland. Meanwhile the Ochnik shop which offers clothing and leather accessories will have an area of 90 sqm. Ochnik now has a chain of over 75 outlets which are located in some of the most prestigious shopping centres in the country. “We have extended the offer of Galeria Sudecka by two recognizable and prestigious Polish brands. They exemplify the success of local producers that offer top quality products to their customers. It is worth emphasizing that it will be Ochnik"s first salon in Jelenia Góra,” says Marcin Szlufik, leasing manager in Echo Investment"s shopping centre department. The construction of Galeria Sudecka is on schedule. Advanced work related to the construction of the cinema floor is currently being carried out. Galeria Sudecka is being developed in the Zabobrze district at the site of the Echo shopping centre which has been open for over 13 years. It will be the first shopping and entertainment centre in the Jelenia Góra region. The centre is planned to include 100 shops, restaurants and service outlets, as well as a 7-screen Helios cinema with a cafe and bar area. The commercialization of the project amounts to 70 pct. The investor has planned a retail area of 45,000 sqm in the design of Galeria Sudecka. The first one to be built will be a mall including shops, boutiques and service outlets as well as the first in the town 7-screen Helios cinema. The final stage of Galeria Sudecka development will be the construction of a retail park which will include a large format DIY shop, among others. Its customers will be able to use over 1,800 parking spaces.
