The group of tenants of Galeria Sudecka, which is being developed by Echo Investment in Jelenia Góra, has been joined by the Ryłko, 4F and Kubenz brands.
The shop of Ryłko – one of the best recognized and appreciated footwear brands on the Polish market – will have an area of nearly 100 sqm in Galeria Sudecka. Ryłko is a Polish company which has been manufacturing and selling footwear as well as leather accessories for a dozen or so years. The shop of 4F in Galeria Sudecka will have an area in excess of 160 sqm. 4F produces sports clothing and accessories. The collections are created in cooperation with sportspeople who regularly consult and test the newly-created products. The next tenant of Galeria Sudecka is Kubenz. The brand offers men"s formal and casual clothing. Its offer includes suits, coats, jackets, trousers, sweaters, shirts, footwear and men"s accessories. The shop of Kubenz will have an area of 90 sqm. “The offer of our project has been extended to popular and appreciated brands. This proves that tenants look for modern facilities in a proven location. We are carrying out advanced negotiations with more companies interested in opening their outlets in Galeria Sudecka,” says Marcin Szlufik, leasing manager in Echo Investment"s Shopping Centre Department. The construction of Galeria Sudecka is progressing on schedule. Nearly 300 people are currently working at the construction site; they are finishing the construction of the cinema floor. The process of acceptance of the areas by tenants is to start at the end of July this year. The Helios cinema will be the first to start the fit-out work.
Galeria Sudecka is being developed in the Zabobrze district at the site of the Echo shopping centre which has been open for over 13 years. The shopping centre is planned to include 100 shops, restaurants and service outlets, as well as a multi-screen Helios cinema with a cafe and bar area and a Fabryka Formy fitness club.
Apart from an Auchan hypermarket, the Helios cinema and the Fabryka Formy fitness club, tenants of Galeria Sudecka include shops of the LPP group (Reserved, House, Mohito, Cropp Town and Sinsay), as well as RTV Euro AGD, GoSport, Martes Sport, Smyk, Empik, CCC, Wojas, Top Secret, Diverse, Rossman, Yes, Matras, Świat Zabawek, North Fish, Kuchnia Polska, Thai Restaurant, Berlin Doner Kebap and others.
The investor has planned a retail area of 45,000 sqm in the design of Galeria Sudecka. The first one to be built will be a mall including shops, boutiques and service outlets as well as the first multiplex in the town. The final stage of Galeria Sudecka development will be the construction of a retail park which will include a large format DIY shop, among others. Customers will be able to use 1,800 parking spaces.
