The Management Board of the company made a decision concerning an issue of another tranche. B series includes 250,000 two-year bonds with a value of PLN 100 each.

The interest on B-series bonds is based on the WIBOR 6M rate plus a margin of 2.85 pct. The transaction agent is the Dom Maklerski PKO Bank Polski brokerage house in Warsaw. A-series of Echo Investment"s bonds for individual investors was sold out exceptionally quickly – 500,000 two-year bonds with a combined nominal value of PLN 50 mln were sold with a considerable reduction within only three days.
