Subscriptions for Echo Investment’s bonds for individual investors enjoyed so much interest that the first tranche, which included securities with a total nominal value of PLN 50 mln, was sold within only two days.

Echo Investment shortened the subscription period till the 30th of June of this year whereas the original deadline for subscriptions was the 9th of July this year. The first tranche includes 500,000 two-year bonds with a nominal value of PLN 100 each. The interest on the bonds is based on the 6M WIBOR rate plus a margin of 2.95 pct. The transaction agent is the Dom Maklerski PKO Bank Polski brokerage house in Warsaw.
