Echo Investment – first tranche of bonds in public offer

Subscriptions have started for Echo Investment’s bonds addressed to individual investors.

The first tranche includes a total of 500,000 two-year bonds with a nominal value of PLN 100 each. The interest on the bonds will be based on the WIBOR 6M rate plus the margin of 2.95 pct.

The agent of the transaction is Dom Maklerski PKO Bank Polski in Warsaw. Details of the programme are available in the prospectus on echo.com.pl website.
