The fashion offer of the largest shopping and entertainment centre in Jelenia Góra is to be extended to the Monnari brand, which represents the segment of elegant women’s clothing, as well as a popular in Europe brand of extravagant youth clothing – Cipo&Baxx.

The new shop in Galeria Sudecka will offer exclusive Monnari products – clothes and accessories (including footwear and bags). The outlet will have an area of nearly 300 sqm. Cipo&Baxx is a clothing brand addressed to people who like to have fun with fashion. The brand was established in 1996 and shortly became successful thanks to its extravagant jeans, t-shirts, sweatshirts, jackets, shoes and accessories. Its shop in Galeria Sudecka will have an area of over 130 sqm. “The two new brands will extend the fashion offer of Galeria Sudecka to stylish collections on the one hand and extravagant and unique designs on the other. Contracts with other famous brands are to be finalized soon," says Marcin Szlufik, leasing manager in Echo Investment"s Shopping Centre Department. The construction of Galeria Sudecka is on schedule. Nearly 300 people are currently working at the building site. They are finishing the construction of the cinema floor. The acceptance of the areas by tenants is to start at the end of July this year. The Helios cinema will be the first to start the fit-out work. The opening of Galeria Sudecka is planned for Q4 2014.

Galeria Sudecka is being developed in the Zabobrze district at the site of the Echo shopping centre which has been open for over 13 years. It will be the first shopping and entertainment centre in the Jelenia Góra region. The centre is planned to include 100 shops, restaurants and service outlets, as well as a 7-screen Helios cinema with a cafe and bar area. The commercialization of the project amounts to 70 pct.

The investor has planned a retail area of 45,000 sqm in the design of Galeria Sudecka. The first one to be built will be a mall including shops, boutiques and service outlets as well as the first in the town 7-screen Helios cinema. The final stage of Galeria Sudecka development will be the construction of a retail park which will include a large format DIY shop, among others.

Its customers will be able to use over 1,800 parking spaces. Tenants of Galeria Sudecka will include the shops of the LPP group (Reserved, House, Mohito, Cropp Town and Sinsay), as well as RTV Euro AGD, GoSport, Martes Sport, Smyk, Empik, CCC, Wojas, Top Secret, Diverse, Rossman, Yes, Matras, Świat Zabawek, North Fish, Kuchnia Polska, Thai Restaurant and others.
