Echo Investment is planning to redevelop the Echo shopping centre in Bełchatów. Thanks to the planned revitalization, the Echo shopping centre will change into a retail park specializing in the furnishing and interior design products. Tenants of the complex will include a Bricomarché.

“I am very happy that the group of tenants of the first interior design centre in Bełchatów has been joined by Bricomarché. The retail park which will be opened in the Echo shopping centre will offer an extended range of "home and garden" products thus residents of Bełchatów and its immediate area will be able to find there everything needed for home furnishing and decorating,” says Marcin Materny, director of Echo Investment"s Shopping Centre Department. Bricomarché will occupy an area of app. 4,000 sqm. The company will take over the area from Nomi after the termination of its contract i.e. in March 2015.Bricomarché belongs to Grupa Muszkieterów – the largest franchise chain in the category of grocery and "home and garden" supermarkets in Poland. The group includes over 240 independent Polish entrepreneurs who operate Intermarché grocery shops and Bricomarché "home and garden" markets. The retail chain of Grupa Muszkieterów currently includes 205 Intermarché supermarkets and 97 Bricomarché ones. The group is present in six countries throughout Europe: Poland, France, Belgium, Portugal and in the Balkans. CH Echo, which is owned by a subsidiary of the Cypriot company Vousoka, is located on ul. Kolejowa in Bełchatów and together with Galeria Olimpia it creates an interconnected retail and service complex with a combined leasable area of 32,900 sqm. It includes two grocery hypermarkets: Tesco and Carrefour as well as a Nomi DIY supermarket. The facility is to be redeveloped this year: the outlets and the facade are planned to be renovated and additional entrances to the building are to be created. The investor has a building permit. Galeria Olimpia has 85 shops including: H&M, Reserved, House, Mohito, Cropp, New Yorker, Orsay, Martes Sport, RTV Euro AGD, CCC, Deichmann, Centro, Kari, Ryłko, Wojas, Apart, Reporter, 4F, Adidas, Nike, Diverse, Matras, Douglas, ApiPharm, Loox, Rossmann, Takko Fashion, Wójcik, Artimex, Toxic Jeans and Dzieciaczek.  The entertainment offer is provided by a multi-screen Helios cinema.
