Gino Rossi in Galeria Sudecka
Gino Rossi in Galeria Sudecka

A shop of the Gino Rossi chain is to be opened in the largest shopping and entertainment centre in Jelenia Góra, which is being developed by Echo Investment.

Gino Rossi"s shop in Galeria Sudecka will have an area of 80 sqm. The company specializes in the sales of top shelf footwear. The company started its operations on the Polish market in 1992. The first Gino Rossi shop was opened in 1994 in Sopot. Now the brand has 82 shops in Poland and 6 abroad. “Gino Rossi is the leader among chains offering branded footwear in the premium segment. We are very happy that the company will extend the fashion offer of Galeria Sudecka. We are currently finalizing more contracts with popular clothing brands. We are convinced that Galeria Sudecka will be successful because our portfolio includes projects in which the strengthening of the offer and the introduction of new functions worked really well. One example of such activities is Galeria Echo in Kielce, which currently breaks records of popularity. Our recipe for success does not only involve a good tenant mix but  also effective management, which is based on experience on the one hand and openness to cooperation with tenants on the other,” says Marek Gładki, director of the commercialization and marketing team at Echo Investment"s Shopping Centre Department. The construction of Galeria Sudecka is progressing in accordance with the schedule. The contractor of the shell is Eiffage Polska Budownictwo S.A. Work related to the construction of the +1 floor is currently in progress at the building site. The opening of Galeria Sudecka is planned for Q4 2014. Galeria Sudecka is being developed in the Zabobrze district at the site of the Echo shopping centre which has been open for over 13 years. The shopping centre is planned to include 100 shops, restaurants and service outlets, as well as a multi-screen Helios cinema with a cafe and bar area and a Fabryka Formy fitness club. Apart from an Auchan hypermarket, the Helios cinema and the Fabryka Formy fitness club, tenants of Galeria Sudecka include shops of the LPP group (Reserved, House, Mohito, Cropp Town and Sinsay), as well as RTV Euro AGD, GoSport, Martes Sport, Smyk, Empik, CCC, Wojas, Top Secret, Diverse, Rossman, Yes, Matras, Świat Zabawek, North Fish, Kuchnia Polska, Thai Restaurant, Berlin Doner Kebap and others. The investor has planned a retail area of 45,000 sqm in the design of Galeria Sudecka. The first one to be built will be a mall including shops, boutiques and service outlets as well as the first multiplex in the town. The final stage of Galeria Sudecka development will be the construction of a retail park which will include a large format DIY shop, among others. Customers will be able to use 1,800 parking spaces. www.galeriasudecka.pl
