The Jupi Park play centre for children with an area of nearly 300 sqm is to be opened in Galeria Sudecka, which is being developed by Echo Investment in Jelenia Góra.
Jupi Park is a modern play area where children will find plenty of attractions such as tube slides, mazes, trampolines, air shooters, dry ball pools and obstacle courses. “It is a place which is earmarked for young customers of Galeria Sudecka, who will be able to have great fund in a safe and colourful place. Jupi Park will also offer additional services including a possibility of booking a child minder at the playground for the children who are less than three years old as well as organizing various events,” says Michał Banasik, leasing manager in the Shopping Centre Department at Echo Investment. “Jupi Park"s presence in Galeria Sudecka is part of our strategy which involves cooperation with some of the largest shopping centres in Poland. I am very happy that residents of Jelenia Góra and its immediate area will be able to use our offer, which does not only focus on entertainment but also includes educational and development classes for children. The construction of Galeria Sudecka is progressing in accordance with the schedule. The contractor of the shell is Eiffage Polska Budownictwo SA. The work related to the construction of the ceiling above the car park is currently in progress, level 0 has been reached. The opening of Galeria Sudecka is planned for October 2014. Galeria Sudecka is being developed in the Zabobrze district at the site of the Echo shopping centre which has been open for over 13 years. It will be the first modern shopping and entertainment centre in Jelenia Góra region. The centre is planned to include 100 shops, restaurants and service outlets, as well as a multi-screen Helios cinema with a cafe and bar area. The project is nearly 80-pct commercialized. The investor has planned a retail area of 45,000 sqm in the design of Galeria Sudecka. The first one to be built will be a mall including shops, boutiques and service outlets as well as the largest cinema in the town. The final stage of Galeria Sudecka development will be the construction of a retail park which will include a large format DIY shop, among others. Its customers will be able to use over 1,800 parking spaces.
