Contractor of the shell of Tryton Business House

Allcon Budownictwo has been chosen as the contractor of the shell of the Tryton Business House office building, which is being developed by Echo Investment in Gdańsk.

The contractor has already started working at the building site. The work is to last until the spring of 2015. Tryton Business House is a modern A class office building which offers an area of 22,000 sqm. The facility is being developed at the junction of Jana z Kolna Street and Wały Piastowskie. Its location at the main traffic routes of the city provides quick and easy access to other districts by car and public transport. The project will also involve the construction of a pubic car park which will not service the office building. The office building will have its own underground car park and spaces for 262 cars. The design, the author of which is Arch-Deco of Gdynia, also includes 72 roofed parking spaces for bicycles, which is one of the requirements of the BREEAM certification. Cyclists will also be able to use showers, changing rooms and drying rooms in the building. Tryton Business House is a building of a varied shape – its section facing Jana z Kolna Street will have 6 floors while the central section will have 11. A single-storey hall will be a connector in the building – it will link services and offices and will serve as a public covered passageway facilitating access to the station. The construction of Tryton Business House is to finish in H1 2015. The cost of the construction of Tryton Busines House is app. PLN 150 mln while Echo Investment"s expenditure on the public car park exceeds PLN 20 mln. www.trytonbusinesshouse.pl
