After Q1 2014 the net revenue of Echo Investment amounted to PLN 111.8 mln while its net profit was PLN 408.3 mln. The total value of the company’s assets amounts o PLN 6,551.4 mln and its equity capital increased to PLN 3,160.1 mln. At the end of Q1 2014 Echo Investment Capital Group held PLN 697.5 mln of cash.

In the reported period the structure of its operating revenue broken down by the main segments of the real estate market was as follows: shopping centres – PLN 78 mln, apartments – PLN 11 mln offices – PLN 19 mln, others – PLN 4 mln. The operating profit in Q1 2014 was significantly influenced by the recognition of a profit from the valuation of properties amounting to PLN 444.7 mln by the Capital Group of the Issuer.
