The Echo Investment capital group closed 2013 with a net profit of PLN 331,158 thousand. Its operating revenue amounted to PLN 527,870 thousand. Its operating result amounted to PLN 496,687 thousand at the end of 2013. The total value of assets increased by 14 pct compared to the value of assets at the end of 2012 and it amounted to PLN 6,224 mln. The equity capital amounted to PLN 2,765 mln and it was over 14 pct higher compared to the value of 2012. At the end of 2013 Echo Investment capital group had over PLN 357 mln of cash.

The group"s 2013 revenue is entirely satisfactory and it looks as follows by market sectors: shopping centre segment – PLN 302,103 thousand, residential sector – PLN 113,626 thousand, office and hotel sector – PLN 103,947 thousand, other sales – PLN 8,194 thousand.
