The Świat Zabawek and Diverse shops are to be opened in Galeria Sudecka, which is being developed by Echo Investment in Jelenia Góra, while its food court will now be enriched by Kuchnia Polska and Thai Restaurant.

The Świat Zabawek shop will have an area of 250 sqm and on top of toys it will also offer stationary products. The outlet of the famous Diverse brand will have an area of nearly 160 sqm. Diverse is a clothing company which was established in 1993. The offer of the brand is a combination of creative ideas and solid solutions. The cuts and colours of its collections are in line with the latest fashion trends on the global market. The gastronomy offer of Galeria Sudecka will be complemented by two new restaurants: Kuchnia Polska (91 sqm) and Thai Restaurant (nearly 60 sqm). The construction of Galeria Sudecka is progressing according to schedule. The contractor of the shell is Eiffage Polska Budownictwo S.A. Work related to the construction of the ceiling above the car park is currently in progress at the building site, level 0 has been reached. The opening of Galeria Sudecka is planned for H2 2014. Galeria Sudecka is being developed in the Zabobrze district at the site of the Echo shopping centre which has been open for over 13 years. It will be the first shopping and entertainment centre in the Jelenia Góra region. The centre is planned to include 100 shops, restaurants and service outlets, as well as a 7-screen Helios cinema with a cafe and bar area. The commercialization of the project amounts to 70 pct. The investor has planned a retail area of 45,000 sqm in the design of Galeria Sudecka. The first one to be built will be a mall including shops, boutiques and service outlets as well as the first in the town 7-screen Helios cinema. The final stage of Galeria Sudecka development will be the construction of a retail park which will include a large format DIY shop, among others. Its customers will be able to use over 1,800 parking spaces. Tenants of Galeria Sudecka will include the shops of the LPP group (Reserved, House, Mohito, Cropp Town and Sinsay), which will occupy a combined area of 3,500 sqm, as well as RTV Euro AGD, GoSport, Smyk, Empik and North Fish.  www.galeriasudecka.pl
