One million square metres from Echo Investment

With the opening of Galeria Amber in Kalisz, the total area of all the projects completed by Echo Investment exceeded a million square metres.

The value includes GLA or useable and residential area of over 100 retail, residential, office and hotel projects. Retail projects (GLA of nearly 430,000) have the largest share in the number, they are followed by office projects (a leasable area of 250,000 sqm), residential ones (a useable and residential area of 245,000 sqm) and hotels (a useable area of 89,000 sqm). Echo Investment"s largest retail developments include: Galeria Echo in Kielce (GLA of 70,000 sqm), Pasaż Grunwaldzki in Wrocław (50,000 sqm) and Galaxy in Szczecin (42,000 sqm). The company"s largest office projects include: Park Postępu in Warsaw (an office area of 34,000 sqm), Malta Office Park in Poznań (nearly 29,000 sqm) and Aquarius Business House in Wrocław (25,000 sqm), which was the hundredth project completed by Echo Investment. Its largest residential projects include two developments in Warsaw – Osiedle Inlancka (28 000 sqm) and Osiedle Zwycięzców (26 000 sqm), as well as Małe Naramowice in Poznań (30 000 sqm). In 2014 Echo Investment is planning to finish an area of over 100,000 sqm. In Q1 of this year the company finished the construction of the first stage of Park Rozwoju in Warsaw (17,000 sqm) and the first stage of A4 Business Park in Katowice (9,000 sqm), Galeria Amber was also opened in Kalisz (amost 34 000 sqm). The construction of the largest project in Echo" history is in progress at the junction of Jana Pawła II Avenue and Grzybowska Street. It is the 155-metre Q22 building, which will offer an office area of over 50,000 sqm.
