Galeria Amber – the largest shopping and entertainment centre in Kalisz and Ostrów conurbation, which has been developed by Echo Investment, has obtained an occupancy permit.

Echo Investment has received the occupancy permit for Galeria Amber from the district building control inspector, which confirms proper execution of the project. Galeria Amber is to be opened on March 20th this year at 4:00 p.m. There will be a lot of attractions for customers, including shows of popular stars as well as dance and acrobatic performances. There will be no shortage of competitions with attractive prizes and unique promotions prepared by the majority of 140 shops, restaurants and service outlets, as well as a Helios cinema. It will be possible to shop in an E.Leclerc hypermarket, as well as outlets including: H&M, C&A, New Yorker, Reserved, Intersport, RTV Euro AGD, Home&You, Mohito, Sinsay, Cropp Town, House, Orsay and Monnari. The largest cinema in Kalisz – the 7-screen Helios will also start its operations as well as a Fabryka Formy fitness club. Galeria Amber is a three-storey shopping and entertainment centre which is being developed in the centre of Kalisz, near the main railway and bus stations, at the crossroads of Górnośląska Street and Trasa Burszytnowa. It has a leasable area of 33,500 sqm. The construction of the project is progressing according to schedule. The commercialization of the project is nearing the end and amounts to 96 pct. Contracts have already been signed with anchor tenants: an E.Leclerc hypermarket, a Helios cinema, Fitness Club Fabryka Formy, H&M, C&A, New Yorker, Reserved, Intersport, RTV Euro AGD, Home&You, Smyk, Empik, Deichmann, CCC, Mohito, Sinsay, Cropp Town, House, Orsay, Monnari, Kazar, Ryłko, Wojas, Ecco, Matras, Vistula, Lavard, Pierre Cardin, Ochnik, Yes, Vision Express, SunLoox, KFC, McDonald"s and North Fish. The facility will have a hypermarket as well as 140 shops and service outlets including cafes and restaurants. There is also a 7-screen cinema planned, the operator of which will be Helios. Customers will be able to use approx. 1,000 parking spaces. The preliminary architectural concept of Galeria Amber was created by Bose International Planning and Architecture.
