The fashion offer of the largest shopping and entertainment centre in the Kalisz and Ostrów conurbation will be extended to a Polish brand from the segment of elegant women’s clothing. A Monnari shop in Galeria Amber will have an area of nearly 300 sqm.
The new shop in Galeria Amber will offer exclusive Monnari products – clothing and accessories such as footwear and handbags.
“The opening of the Monnari outlet will extend the fashion offer of Galeria Amber to stylish collections. Monnari is a popular and valued brand in Poland, which offers high quality products and is associated with elegance,” says Jarosław Tutaj, senior leasing manager in Echo Investment"s Shopping Centre Department.
Monnari is a brand addressed to women 30 years of age and older. The Monnari Trade company has been present on the Polish market since 1998 and it sells its goods in sales showrooms, outlet shops and in its on-line shop. The company currently has over 100 shops in some of the largest cities and towns in Poland.
Galeria Amber is a three-storey shopping and entertainment centre which is being developed in the centre of Kalisz, near the main railway and bus stations, at the crossroads of Górnośląska Street and Trasa Burszytnowa.
It has a leasable area of 33,500 sqm. The construction of the project is progressing according to schedule. The group of tenants of Galeria Amber includes: E.Leclerc, Helios, Fitness Club Fabryka Formy, H&M, C&A, New Yorker, Reserved, Intersport, RTV Euro AGD, Home&You, Smyk, Empik Deichmann, CCC, Mohito, Sinsay, Cropp Town, House, Orsay, Kazar, Ryłko, Wojas, Ecco, Matras, Vistula, Lavard, Pierre Cardin, Ochnik, Yes and Vision Express as well as KFC, McDonald"s and North Fish.
The facility has a hypermarket as well as 140 shops and service outlets including cafes and restaurants. There is also a 7-screen cinema planned, the operator of which will be Helios. Customers will be able to use approx. 1,000 parking spaces.
Galeria Amber is to be opened in March 2014.
