Echo Investment has started the construction and sale of its new residential development which is located in Bronowice – one of the most desirable areas of the city.

Bronowicka 42 is a neo-modernist building with a layout that resembles a terrace development. The design includes 60 apartments (from 1-room to 4-rooms) with areas ranging from 28 to 94 sqm. Their location on the plot provides some panoramic views of the Wolski Forest and Saint Bronisława Hill. The ground floor apartments will have spacious gardens. The gross prices of the apartments start at PLN 5,560 per sqm. Loggias, balconies, terraces and French windows will provide good natural light. Windows facing Bronowicka Street will efficiently suppress noise thanks to their increased acoustic insulation. The project will also include three service outlets. A multi-space underground car park provides further comfort. Extensive amenities in the building, the proximity of academic centres and public transport stops located nearby make the location a great offer for permanent living as well as investment purposes. The building will have a quiet lift which will access all levels including the car park. A reception area will be located at the main entrance, where round-the-clock security service will be based. The sense of security will also be improved by video entry phones and a modern video surveillance system. The author of the design is the Biuro Projektów Witold Saran architectural studio of Kraków. In January earlier this year Echo Investment signed a contract with the general contractor of the project – Expres Konkurent of Kraków. The net value of the contract is PLN 9.85 mln.
