A SunLOOX optician’s is to be opened in the largest shopping and entertainment centre in the Kalisz and Ostrów conurbation, which is being developed by Echo Investment.
The contract with Galeria Amber"s new tenant was signed during the winter edition of the Shopping Center Forum fair in Warsaw. SunLOOX"s outlet in Galeria Amber will have an area of 130 sqm. Another outlet of the chain (140 sqm) is to be opened in the Galaxy shopping and entertainment centre in Szczecin. SunLOOX was established in 1993. The company"s offer not only includes excellent quality corrective lenses but also a broad range of brand-name frames and sunglasses. SunLOOX takes care of its customers" entire image – the company cooperates with stylists who advise on how to match the shape and colour of glasses to customers" types of beauty. Galeria Amber is a three-storey shopping and entertainment centre which is being developed in the centre of Kalisz, near the main railway and bus stations, at the crossroads of Górnośląska Street and Trasa Burszytnowa. It has a leasable area of 33,500 sqm. The construction of the project is progressing according to schedule. The group of tenants of Galeria Amber includes: E.Leclerc, Helios, Fitness Club Fabryka Formy, H&M, C&A, New Yorker, Reserved, Intersport, RTV Euro AGD, Home&You, Smyk, Empik Deichmann, CCC, Mohito, Sinsay, Cropp Town, House, Orsay, Kazar, Ryłko, Wojas, Ecco, Matras, Vistula, Lavard, Pierre Cardin, Ochnik, Yes and Vision Express as well as KFC, McDonald"s and North Fish. The facility has a hypermarket as well as 140 shops and service outlets including cafes and restaurants. There is also a 7-screen cinema planned, the operator of which will be Helios. Customers will be able to use approx. 1,000 parking spaces. Galeria Amber is to be opened in March 2014.
