Echo Investment has closed the sale of the second stage of Aquarius Business House - an A class office building which is located in the centre of Wrocław, at the junction of Swobodna Street and Borowska Street.

The new owner of the building which was constructed in the second stage of the Aquarius Business House project is the Spanish investor Azora Europa. The transaction price was approx. EUR 22,7 mln. The facility is to be managed by Echo Investment Property Management for the next 4 years. In July 2013 Echo Investment and Azora Europe signed a contract concerning the sale of the first stage of Aquarius Business House. “We are happy with the sale of the second stage of Aquarius Business House. It is a top quality project which has been appreciated by international companies that have decided to locate their offices here. Thus it has become a very attractive product for an investment fund. The transaction conditions are satisfactory for Echo Investment, it is also a very good investment for Azora Europa,” says Waldemar Lesiak, vice-president of the board at Echo Investment. Aquarius Business House is a modern office complex offering a number of the latest technological solutions, high-end information and communication technology links, security and access control systems as well as technological solutions enabling environmentally-friendly, efficient and economical management of energy and utilities. Companies which have leased space in Aquarius Business House include: Tieto Poland, PwC, BNY Mellon, AXIT, Randstad, Lux Med, BOŚ Bank, Expander Advisors, Credit Agricole and Farmacja Plus. The facility consists of two 7-storey buildings. The leasable office space of the whole facility amounts to 25,000 sqm. The first stage of the project was finished in November 2012. The completion of the second stage took place in October 2013. The contractor of the shell of the facility is Eiffage Budownictwo Mitex SA. The architecture of the building was developed by the Arcad architectural studio of Kielce. The car parks in the facility have a total of 410 parking spaces: 323 in the above ground car park, 37 in the underground car park and 50 in the external car park.  www.aquariusbusinesshouse.pl
