Echo Investment has started the construction of a new residential project in the capital of Lower Silesia. The first stage of the Grota 111 project will involve the construction of 100 apartments with areas ranging from 27 to 99 sqm.

The Grota 111 residential complex is located in Wrocław"s Krzyki district, which is particularly valued for its relaxing atmosphere: peace and quiet, low buildings and its surrounding greenery. At the same time it is just over 6 km away from the Old Town. It is a quiet spot which is distinguished by its easy access to services, shops, schools, nursery schools and medical services. It also has good transport links to other districts of Wrocław. Grota 111 consists of two small multi-family buildings which are characterized by modern architecture that has been designed by the renowned architectural studio Kuryłowicz & Associates. The first stage includes 100 apartments with areas ranging from 27 to 97 sqm, which include spacious balconies, terraces and gardens. The offer also includes two-storey apartments which provide an opportunity for a unique design of a larger area. Residents of Grota 111 will also be able to use 122 parking spaces, most of which are located in the underground car park, as well some utility rooms. In January earlier this year the investor signed a contract with the general contractor of the Grota 111 residential complex – KRAK-CHEM.
