Hortus Apartments is the best residential project in Poland according to the Golden Villas [Złote Ville] 2014 jurors. Dom Pod Słowikiem is the most interesting residential project in the Lesser Poland Province while the Jarzębinowe estate is the best residential project in Łódź Province.

The Golden Villas presentation gala took place in Warsaw on January 24 earlier this year. The editorial team of the "Villa" monthly organized the competition for the best residential projects in Poland for the fifth time. The jury consisted of representatives of the editorial team and experts connected with architecture and design. Hortus Apartments is being developed on Piotra Borowego Street in Wola Justowska – the most prestigious district of Kraków. The project consists of four three-storey buildings with lifts and underground car parks. The classic shape of each building is complemented by spacious terraces and balconies. The location of the buildings provides views to the Wolski Forest, the Kościuszko Mound and the Piłsudski Mound. Each of the buildings includes 10 luxury apartments with areas ranging from 60 to 135 sqm. The entire complex will be enclosed and will have round-the-clock security in order to ensure residents" safety. Dom Pod Słowikiem is a completed luxury apartment project which is located on at 30 Krasickiego Street in Kraków"s Stare Podgórze. It consists of two six-storey multi-family buildings. Dom Pod Słowikiem offered apartments with areas ranging from 38 to 96 sqm which included balconies or terraces. The apartments on the ground floor had gardens. Each of the buildings has two staircases including lifts and it is fully accessible for the disabled. The Jarzębinowe estate in located on Okopowa Street in Łódź. The project consists of two 5-storey buildings which are designed on a shared floor that constitutes its underground car park. The functionality of the estate is complemented by a yard, the carefully arranged greenery and a safe playground. The estate is enclosed which ensures the appropriate level of safety. The first stage of the Jarzębinowe estate includes 120 apartments with areas ranging from 32 to 87 sqm. Each of them has a balcony and the top floors offer apartments including terraces.
