Home&You, Jupi Park, Aquael, Qoopmark, Triumph, Vitamin-shop and Perfect Clean are the new tenants of Galeria Amber – the largest shopping and entertainment centre in the Kalisz and Ostrów conurbation, which is being developed by Echo Investment.

Home&You is a Polish brand which belongs to the LPP capital group. Home&You currently has 78 outlets of its own, including 10 in Russia, Ukraine, the Czech Republic and Estonia. Home&You outlets offer a broad range of accessories and fabrics for home decoration. The shop of Home&You in Galeria Amber will have an area of 270 sqm. A children"s play area of the Polish Jupi Park chain will also be opened in Galeria Amber and it will have  over 230 sqm. The Aquael pet shop will have an area of 150 sqm. Qoopmark (140 sqm) is a clothing shop which is run by a local entrepreneur. The offer of Galeria Amber will also include Triumph (more than 70 sqm), Vitamin-shop (40 sqm) and a Perfect Clean dry cleaner"s (nearly 70 sqm). “The commercialization process of Galeria Amber is nearing the end and it currently amounts to 95 pct. We are very glad that our partners are joined by more well-known brands and representatives of the local business,” says Michał Banasik, leasing manager in the Shopping Centre Department at Echo Investment. Galeria Amber is a four-storey shopping and entertainment centre which is being developed in the centre of Kalisz, near the main railway and bus stations, at the crossroads of Górnośląska Street and Trasa Burszytnowa. It has a leasable area of 33,500 sqm. The construction of the project is progressing according to schedule. The group of tenants of Galeria Amber includes: E.Leclerc, Helios, Fitness Club Fabryka Formy, H&M, C&A, New Yorker, Reserved, Intersport, RTV Euro AGD, Home&You, Smyk, Empik Deichmann, CCC, Mohito, Sinsay, Cropp Town, House, Orsay, Kazar, Ryłko, Wojas, Ecco, , Matras, Vistula, Lavard, Pierre Cardin, Ochnik, Yes and Vision Express as well as KFC, McDonald"s and North Fish. The facility has a hypermarket as well as 140 shops and service outlets including cafes and restaurants. There is also a 7-screen cinema planned, the operator of which will be Helios. Customers will be able to use approx. 1,000 parking spaces. Galeria Amber is to be opened in March 2014. www.galeria-amber.com.pl
