The Millward Brown research agency has carried out a survey in 33 of the biggest shopping centres, the aim of which was to check which shopping centre in Poland has the most satisfied tenants.
The special questionnaire contained questions concerning their satisfaction with: location of the facility, footfall, tenant mix, accessibility of car parks, rent rates and other fees, maintenance and upkeep of the building, technical facilities, marketing strategy and activities, etc. Tenants" satisfaction with their revenue was also studied. Galeria Echo in Kielce, which was built by Echo Investment and is managed by Echo Investment Property Management, received the highest score from tenants. “We are very happy with first place in the ranking which features some of the largest and the best known Polish shopping centres. This is a very significant prize, which has been awarded by tenants and it is the effect of everyday cooperation between tenants and the facility manager at various levels. This is also a confirmation that our management strategy is right as it actively builds on the mutual interest of entrepreneurs who are present in the facility and its owner. We are pleased that tenants of Galeria Echo evaluate the facility manager, the offer and the profile of the project so well,” says Wojciech Knawa, managing director of Echo Investment Property Management. The prize which was awarded to Grzegorz Czekaj, director of Galeria Echo is a confirmation of Galeria Echo"s high results. He is the winner of the ranking for best retail facility manager. “There are a lot of factors which contribute to tenant"s satisfaction and they often need to be skilfully combined. It is an extremely precious award which will certainly make the entire team of Galeria Echo happy,” says Grzegorz Czekaj, who has managed the facility since 2002. The results of Millward Brown"s survey were made public on December 5, during the gala of the Eurobuild Awards 2013 competition. Footage is available on Echo Investment"s official YouTube channel.
