Galeria Amber’s offer for local entrepreneurs
Galeria Amber’s offer for local entrepreneurs

How to run a business in a shopping centre? What are tenant’s obligations and what are those of the facility manager. These and many other questions were answered during a meeting for local entrepreneurs which took place in Galeria Amber.

Galeria Amber is being developed in the centre of Kalisz, near the main railway and bus stations, at the crossroads of Górnośląska Street and Trasa Bursztynowa. The commercialization of the facility is nearing the end and the investor has a special offer for local entrepreneurs that are interested in doing business in the largest shopping and entertainment centre in the Kalisz and Ostrów conurbation. The participants of the meeting included representatives of Echo Investment and Kalisz authorities, current tenants of Galeria Amber, local business representatives and journalists. Galeria Amber is to be opened on the 6th of March 2014. Galeria Amber is a four-storey shopping and entertainment centre with an area of 33,500 sqm. The construction of the project is progressing according to schedule. The commercialization of the project is nearing the end. Contracts have already been signed with anchor tenants: an E.Leclerc hypermarket, a Helios cinema, H&M, C&A, New Yorker, RTV Euro AGD, Reserved, House, Deichmann, Mohito, Cropp Town,  Sinsay, Matras, CCC, Rossmann, 4F, Adidas, Reebok, Nike, Puma, Lee Wrangler and Essenza.
The facility will have a hypermarket as well as 140 shops and service outlets including cafes and restaurants. There is also a 7-screen cinema planned, the operator of which will be Helios. Customers will be able to use approx. 1,000 parking spaces.
