An Empik store with an area of nearly 160 sqm is to be opened in the first outlet centre in the West Pomeranian region, which has been developed by Echo Investment.

“It is an outlet shop and all the products will have a discount of at least 30 pct. The Empik salon complements the unique offer of Outlet Park Szczecin very well. It also finishes the commercialization process of the first stage of the project while the commercialization of the second stage begins,” says Tomasz Domoń, manager of the foreign project commercialization team in the Shopping Centre Department at Echo Investment. The Empik store in Outlet Park Szczecin will be opened on the 5th of October this year.
Empik is the largest distribution chain of cultural, knowledge and entertainment assets on the Polish market. It has been a fixed element of the cultural landscape of Poland for 65 years. In 190 stores the company offers books, music CDs, films, multimedia and board games, newspapers, home decorations, educational products and toys, as well as tickets for various events. Outlet Park Szczecin is located in Szczecin"s Prawobrzeże district. The facility was opened on the 7th of November 2012. It offers branded products at prices which are 30-70 pct lower than those in regular shops. An additional asset of the project is a 7-screen Helios cinema and the regular section of the facility, which includes Smyk Mega Store and a Piotr i Paweł supermarket.
The outlet section of the facility offers products by brands such as: Nike, Puma, Reebok, Adidas, Tommy Hilfiger, Reserved, Bytom, Kari, Lee Wrangler, Wittchen, Kazar, Vero Moda, Jack Jones, Via Roma, Cross Jeans, Atlantic, Lavard, Ecco, Big Star, 4F, Ochnik, LKJ, Mc Arthur, Hot Oil, Wójcik, Lancerto, Gabor, Puere, Milano Shoes, Willsoor, Lee Cooper, Cropp, House and Mohito. Its commercialization was carried out in cooperation with CBRE. The leasable area of Outlet Park Szczecin amounts to 24,000 sqm and its total area equals 30,200 sqm.
