The commercialization of Galeria Amber, which is being developed by Echo Investment in Kalisz, is nearing the end. At the Shopping Center Forum fair the company signed contracts with Vision Express and Itaka, as well as agreed on the contracts terms with the YES chain.
The autumn edition of Shopping Center Forum is an excellent opportunity to finalize contracts between Echo Investment and its partners. The contracts regarding the Amber shopping centre in Kalisz were signed on the first day of the event. The largest shopping and entertainment centre in the Kalisz and Ostrów conurbation is to include a Vision Express salon (nearly 130 sqm) and an outlet of the Itaka travel agency (nearly 30 sqm). Contract terms have been also been agreed upon with the YES jewellery chain. Shopping Center Forum is a cyclical meeting of tenants and shopping centre developers which has been organized since 2005. It is the largest event of this type in Poland and Central Europe. Galeria Amber is a four-storey shopping and entertainment centre, which is being developed in the centre of Kalisz, in the vicinity of the main bus and train stations, at the junction of Górnośląska Street and Trasa Bursztynowa Street. Its leasable area amounts to 33,500 sqm. The construction of project is progressing according to schedule. The commercialization of the facility is nearing the end. Contracts have already been signed with key retailers: E.Leclerc, Helios, H&M, C&A, New Yorker, RTV Euro AGD, Reserved, House, Deichmann, Mohito, Cropp Town, Sinsay, Matras, CCC, Rossmann, 4F, Adidas, Reebok, Nike, Puma and Lee Wrangler. The facility will include a hypermarket and 140 shops, service outlets, cafes and restaurants. A 7-screen cinema of the Helios chain is also planned. There will be approx. 1,000 parking spaces available to customers. Galeria Amber is to be opened in the spring of 2014. www.galeria-amber.com.pl
