The document was signed by the Deputy Mayor of Wrocław Adam Grehl, the President of the Board of Echo Investment Piotr Gromniak, the President of the Board of Arcad S.K.A. Robert Muszyński and other participants of the meeting. Footage is available on Echo Investment"s YouTube channel “I am very glad that we are launching the construction of a modern office building in Wrocław. Our company has been present on the market of Wrocław for six years. Thanks to our successful cooperation with the city authorities we were able to carry out projects in three most important sectors of our company"s operations, they are: Pasaż Grunwaldzki, Aquarius Business House and the Przy Słowiańskim Wzgórzu residential estate. They provided a useable area of 80,000 sqm and the value of our projects in Wrocław exceeded PLN 1.2 mln,” says Piotr Gromniak, President of the Board of Echo Investment. “West Gate is an ideal place for companies which are looking for a very good location and the latest technological solutions which guarantee security and continuity of work. We have been consistently implementing Echo Investment"s green building policy so the project will soon acquire a BREEAM certificate. Its users will be able to count on not only comfort at work but also lower operating costs thanks to eco-friendly utility systems,” says Rafał Mazurczak, Director of the Office and Hotel Department at Echo Investment. West Gate is a modern class A building which offers 16,000 sqm of office space. The project is located within the boundaries of the streets: Lotnicza, Na Ostatnim Groszu and Szybowcowa, which guarantees excellent exposure of the building. The proximity of public transport stops and the main traffic arteries of Wrocław provides quick access to the city centre and a very good link to the airport and the A8 motorway ring road. There are numerous service and retail outlets near the project as well as a park and some recreational areas. The author of West Gate"s architectural design is the ARCAD architectural studio of Kielce. The facility consists of six above-ground floors (offices) and two underground ones (the car park). It has been designed as an L-shaped compact building. Its facade is dominated by large glazed areas, thanks to which the offices are optimally lit. The office building will be equipped with an access control system, quick and quiet lifts, energy-efficient air-conditioning and ventilation systems, a humidity control system, suspended ceilings, raised floors and an eco-friendly lighting system. There will also be some guarded bike racks, changing rooms and showers for cyclists. The users of West Gate will have a canteen and service and retail outlets at their disposal, as well as some areas suitable for relaxation outdoors. www.westgatelotnicza12.pl
