The Aquarius Business House office building, which has been developed by Echo Investment in the centre of Wrocław, has been nominated in two categories of the CIJ Awards 2013 competition –the best office development and the best office investment transaction of the year.

Aquarius Business House is the hundredth project to have been developed by Echo Investment and it will compete for the main prize in the "Best Office Development" category. The second category – "Best Office Investment Transaction" – concerns the sale of the first stage of the project, which was finalized by Echo Investment at the beginning of July earlier this year. The CIJ Award honors the best office development to have been completed between 1 November 2012 and 30 September 2013 in Poland. Schemes will be judged upon a variety of criteria, including sophistication of development, commercial success, quality of tenants, road and/or alternative access routes, location and attention to environmental sustainability.
