Echo Investment is starting the construction of the Q22 155-metre office building which is to be located in the business centre of Warsaw, at the crossroads of Jana Pawła II Avenue and Grzybowska Street.

Not only because of its excellent location but also thanks to an unusual architectural design developed by Prof. Stefan Kuryłowicz. I am convinced that Q22 will set a new standard for business in Warsaw,” says Piotr Gromniak, President of the Board at Echo Investment. The 155-metre Q22 office building which offers nearly 50,000 sqm of office space is being developed at the site of the demolished Mercure hotel. All the materials acquired during the demolition of the building have been recycled – 1,500 tonnes of steel and 25,000 tonnes of concrete aggregate were obtained in this way. The design of the building was created in the renowned Kuryłowicz & Associates architectural studio in cooperation with Buro Happold Polska. Even though its top is in the clouds, Q22 touches the ground softly by opening to the street with a friendly ground floor. The diaphragm walls and the working platform for the construction work are to be built soon. The general contractor is currently being selected. The launch of the car park construction is planned in September later this year and it will last app. 12 months. The completion of the office building project is planned for Q1 2016. The value of the project is PLN 500 mln.
