The ‘Osiedle Jarzębinowe’ estate, which has been developed by Echo Investment in Łódź, has obtained the final certificate of occupancy.

The project is located in Bałuty. It consists of two 5-storey buildings designed on a shared floor that constitutes their underground car park. The buildings are in the outermost sections of the plot, which provides residents with freedom and privacy. The courtyard, carefully arranged greenery and a safe playground complement the functionality of the facility. The estate is enclosed by a fence, which provides an appropriate level of security. The first stage of "Osiedle Jarzębinowe" will include 120 apartments with areas ranging from 32 to 87 sqm. Each of them will have a balcony. There are apartments including terraces available on the top floors. Residents will have 93 parking spaces in the underground car park at their disposal as well as 27 parking spaces within the area of the estate. Storage rooms and additional areas for storing prams and bicycles have also been designed in both buildings. The general contractor of the project is Eiffage Budownictwo Mitex SA.
