Echo Investment is starting the development of Osiedle Jaśminowe which is located in Poznań’s Naramowice district. The general contractor of the project is Pil-Buildings Sp. z o.o. The net value of the contract which has been concluded by the investor and the general contractor amounts to PLN 19.29 mln.

Osiedle Jaśminowe is being developed on ul. Karpia i Sielawy in Poznań"s Naramowice district. It is a complex of 14 small multi-family buildings with their internal road layout, playgrounds and communal areas. All the buildings will be equipped with quiet modern lifts. The estate will be fully accessible for the disabled. The five-storey buildings will include a total of 375 apartments with areas ranging from 28 to 89 sqm, which will be possible to join together. Each of them will have at least one balcony, loggia or terrace while the apartments located on the ground floor will have small gardens. The residents of Osiedle Jaśminowe will be able to use a total of 564 parking spaces, including 195 spaces in a multi-storey car park above-ground. Osiedle Jaśminowe will be equipped with a modern video surveillance system. The safety of future residents will be ensured by the round-the-clock security service.
