The opening of a 4-star Novotel hotel, which has been developed by Echo Investment in the centre of Łódź, is to take place on the 22nd of May this year.

Novotel Łódź Centrum is a modern 11-storey facility which is located on Piłsudskiego Avenue. The building has an area of nearly 7,300 sqm, which includes 161 modern air-conditioned rooms (business and twin ones, special rooms for the disabled and suites), as well as conference halls, a bar, a fitness area and a restaurant. The hotel can sleep app. 350 people. The main architect of the project is Biuro Architektoniczne Litoborski & Marciniak of Poznań. This is one more hotel to have been developed by Echo Investment. The company has already carried out hotels for the groups including: Accor (Ibis hotels in Poznań, Szczecin, Warsaw, Zabrze, Częstochowa, Kraków and Łódź, as well as Novotel hotels in Kraków and Szczecin), Qubus (in Kielce, Gliwice and Kraków), as well as the Campanile/Kyriad/Premiere complex in Warsaw.
