 Three Echo Investment shopping centres nominated for European marketing award

Galeria Echo in Kielce, Pasaż Grunwaldzki in Wrocław and Galaxy in Szczecin are the three shopping centres which are completed and are managed by Echo Investment and feature in the finals of Solal Marketing Awards 2013. The competition will be resolved and the awards will be presented on the 14th of May during the ICSC European Marketing Conference in London.

The facilities won two nominations. The first one concerns joint activities of Galeria Echo, Pasaż Grunwaldzki and Galaxy during a sales promotion campaign in the New Media Emerging Technology category, which was carried out in Q4 2012. The second nomination went to Galeria Echo for its campaign in the Sales Promotion category – the jury appreciated a sales promoting lottery which was organized in Q2 last year. “Thanks to combining a traditional lottery with an innovative system of coupon readers, our customers were able to find out whether they won straight away, which encouraged them to actively participate in the game. We also made sure that every participant could win either a shopping voucher or a discount voucher to be used in selected shops, restaurants and service outlets. We are very happy that our work and good ideas were appreciated by an international industry organization. Just the presence of three of our shopping centres among the finalists is a great success because we competed with hundreds of shopping centres from all over the world. We are keeping our fingers crossed for the victory during the May finals in London,” says Agnieszka Drucis, marketing director in Echo Investment"s Property Management Department. Solal Marketing Awards is the most important European prize in the field of shopping centre marketing and a proof of recognition for the teams which are responsible for marketing as well as the agencies which they cooperate with. The competition is organized by the International Council of Shopping Centers.
