On the 21st of March 2013 the Supervisory Board of Echo Investment appointed Waldemar Lesiak to Vice-President of the Management Board.

Waldemar Lesiak – Vice-President of the Management Board In this position Waldemar Lesiak will be responsible for the acquisition and sale of developed commercial projects in Poland and abroad. Waldemar Lesiak is a graduate of the Civil Engineering Faculty at the Kielce University of Technology. He also graduated from the Economics Faculty at the Real Estate University in Warsaw and completed Post-Graduate Tax Studies at the Warsaw School of Economics. He started his professional career in Mitex-Trade/Ahold Polska, where he worked as the Operations Director and Commercial Director. Between 1998 and 2000 he was Vice-President of the Management Board of Hekon SA, which implemented a programme involving the development of a hotel chain in Poland together with the Accor Group. The chain consisted of 12 projects with a market value of EUR 100 mln. He has been with Echo Investment since 1997. Waldemar used to work as the Residential Project Sales Director as well as the Commercial Project Sales Director. He recently worked as the Director of the Office and Hotel Department, where he was responsible for the entire development process in the office and hotel sector. The market value of the office projects which have been completed within the last 4 years exceeds EUR 250 mln. We would also like to inform you that Rafał Mazurczak has taken over the position of the Director of the Office and Hotel Department at Echo Investment.
