Expander Advisors has leased nearly 200 sqm in Aquarius Business House, an ‘A’ class office building which is being developed in the centre of Wrocław by Echo Investment.

Expander was established in 2000 as an Internet portal but it changed its business model and became the first financial consultancy firm on the Polish market. The first branch of Expander was opened in December 2001 in Warsaw. It is one of the last leases concerning the first stage of the Aquarius Business House project. The first stage is currently 97-pct leased and the second stage – nearly 70 pct. The companies which have leased space in Aquarius Business House so far are: Tieto Poland, PwC, AXIT, Randstad, Lux Med, BOŚ Bank, Credit Agricole, Jadłomania and Farmacja Plus. Aquarius Business House is being built in the centre of Wrocław, at the junction of Borowska Street and Swobodna Street. The first stage of the project was completed in November 2012. The completion of the second stage is planned for October 2013. The contractor of the shell of the facility is Eiffage Budownictwo Mitex SA. The architectural design of the building was developed in the Arcad architectural studio of Kielce. In November 2012 Echo Investment started the development of another office project in Wrocław – West Gate. It is an "A" class building which is located at the junction of Lotnicza Street, Na Ostatnim Groszu Street, Legnicka Street and Milenijna Street. West Gate offers an office area of 16,000 sqm. The location of the project provides quick and easy access to the airport and the A8 motorway ring road of the city. Aquarius Business House is a modern office complex offering a number of the latest technological solutions, high-end information and communication technology links, security and access control systems as well as technological solutions enabling environmentally-friendly, efficient and economical management of energy and utilities. The facility consists of two 7-storey buildings. The office space of the whole facility amounts to 25,000 sqm. It has been designed as open plan, which accompanied with good access to natural light will provide office users with flexibility of spatial arrangement and comfortable working conditions. There have been a number of additional functions planned in the Aquarius Business House complex. Its clients will be able to use a restaurant and a press lounge, among others. Those getting to work by bicycle will be able to use a bicycle parking place and a locker room including showers, which have been especially designed for them. The car parks servicing the facility offer a total of 410 parking spaces: 323 in the above ground parking garage, 37 in the underground garage and 50 in the external car park.
