The first shopping centre in the Łomża region, which is being developed by Echo Investment, has received its certificate of occupancy. Galeria Veneda is to be opened next week.

Echo Investment received the official certificate of occupancy of Galeria Veneda from the poviat building control inspector, which confirms the correct execution of the project. “This means that the construction process has been carried out according to plan and we can confidently shop in Galeria Veneda from the day of its opening,” says Mariusz Szatański, project manager at Echo Investment. Galeria Veneda will be opened on the 7th of March at 3:00 p.m. Customers can expect a lot of surprises on this day. Most shops and service outlets will also offer special discounts and attractive promotions. It will be possible to shop in a Tesco hypermarket as well as shops including: RTV Euro AGD, Reserved, House, Cropp Town, Mohito, Sinsay, CCC, Rossmann, Orsay, Deichmann, Martes Sport, Apart, 4F and Zabawkowy Raj. Customers can use a car park which offers 600 parking spaces. Galeria Veneda is being built in the centre of Łomża, at the junction of Zawadzka Street and Sikorskiego Street. The facility has a total area of 40,000 sqm, of which nearly 16,000 sqm is earmarked for lease. The final stages are in progress, tenants are furnishing their shops and service outlets. The redevelopment of the road layout around the facility has finished. The general contractor of Galeria Veneda is Instal Białystok. The architectural design of Galeria Veneda was created in the Mąka Sojka Architekci architectural studio of Warsaw in cooperation with Echo Investment"s team of architects. www.galeriaveneda.com.pl
