Echo Investment won the ‘Developer of the Year’ title in the CEE Retail Awards competition of EuropaProperty second time in a row. This year, as in the previous year, Echo won a set of Retail Developer awards in a few independent industry opinion polls: CIJ Awards, Eurobuild Awards and EuropaProperty.

The gala took place on the 21st of February earlier this year in Warsaw. EuropaProperty awarded companies connected with the commercial property market in Central and Eastern Europe for the fifth time. Its international jury, which consisted of industry professionals, considered Echo Investment the best developer in 2012. The award was received by Marcin Materny, Shopping Centre Department Director – Foreign Projects at Echo Investment. During the gala Grzegorz Iwański, Director of the Funding Department at Echo Investment, who was a CEE Retail Awards 2012 jury member, presented an award to the winner of the "Bank of the Year" category.
