Echo Investment develops Nowy Mokotów residential estate
Echo Investment develops Nowy Mokotów residential estate

Echo Investment has started the development of its Nowy Mokotów residential project, which is located on Konstruktorska Street in Warsaw.

The Nowy Mokotów project is being built on Konstruktorska Street, in the part of the Mokotów district which constitutes the largest office area in Warsaw. The planned residential complex consists of 6 buildings of varied height (from 5 to 9 floors) which are connected by a three storey base. The residential estate has been designed as an autonomous urban unit with an internal road layout, its own area which will encourage social interaction, some greenery and facilities earmarked for public utility functions e.g. a nursery school, a medical centre, shops and services. The complex constitutes a closed quarter with an internal enclosed yard which is accessible from four directions. The project is complemented by carefully planned greenery with some landscape architecture and lighting. The design of the project was created in the renowned architectural studio APA Kuryłowicz & Associates. “We focused on the most important priorities of the residential development in a large city. Each such estate needs to have its own characteristic feature, which allows its residents to identify with the place through architecture. So we are dealing here with urban villas, which have been designed to maintain spaciousness and individuality. Residents will certainly not have to live the lives of their neighbours all the time but the layout of the project will encourage integration,” says Prof. Ewa Kuryłowicz. The residential offer is mainly addressed to the people who work in the nearby office buildings. Sylwia Pajdo-Pasek, Echo Investment"s sales office manager in Warsaw says: “It is a place for people who do not want to waste their time and money on long journeys to work. People who commute to Mokotów every day waste even more than two hours daily getting there and back, which results in financial expenditure of several hundred zloty a month, as well as immeasurable costs including: constant tension, frustration, lack of sleep and bad diet which is a consequence of continuous haste. Living in Nowy Mokotów is synonymous with comfort, which allows us to get to the office without any problems, saving time which we can subsequently spend with our family, on recreation or other forms of entertainment, without the need to give up on quick access to city attractions.” All apartments on the ground floor will have gardens and those on top floors – spacious terraces. Owners of the remaining apartments will have comfortable loggias and balconies. Architects have also designed a spacious underground car park, which will also include storage areas and bicycle storage rooms. The car park has been equipped with a special security system, so it can also be used by owners of cars with LPG installation. All buildings will be fully accessible for the disabled. There will be comfortable modern lifts in the staircases, which will be directly connected to the level of the car park, where trolleys for taking shopping to the apartments will be placed. The estate will be enclosed and entrances to the staircases will be equipped with video-entryphones. The whole complex will have video surveillance and security. Nowy Mokotów is another residential project of Echo Investment in Warsaw. The investor"s current offer includes luxurious apartments in Klimt House on Kazimierzowska Street in the Stary Mokotów district, as well as plots which are prepared for villa development in the Rezydencje Leśne project near the Młociński Forrest.
