After sixteen years of its presence on the market, Echo Investment completed its one hundredth project. It is Aquarius Business House - a modern ‘A’ class office building which is located in the centre of Wrocław.
The one hundred projects completed by Echo Investment include office and residential projects, hotels, shopping centres, shopping and entertainment centres as well as transactions connected with the completion of development processes on parcels of land and projects developed in a number of stages. The first developments of Echo Investment in the second half of 1990s were connected with the residential and luxury apartment sector. Examples of such projects include Melody House and Flower House projects in Warsaw. They were followed by the development of its first office and hotel facilities. A programme involving the construction of several Echo shopping centres was launched in 1999. In 2002 Echo Investment started building the seat of the Polish Olympic Committee, which was followed by the opening of the Galaxy shopping and entertainment centre in Szczecin a year later. The next few years brought the developments of Pasaż Grunwaldzki in Wrocław and the Mondrian House luxury apartment building in Warsaw, which won numerous awards. In 2006 the company entered the Hungarian market and a year later it started a project in Romania. In 2008 the projects Park Postępu in Warsaw and Malta Office Park in Poznań were launched. The following year Echo Investment entered the Ukrainian market. 2010 featured the opening of the office buildings: Oxygen in Szczecin and Avatar in Kraków. In 2011 the company celebrated the grand opening of Galeria Echo in Kielce. The year 2012 finished with the completion of its one hundredth project – the Aquarius Business House office building in Wrocław. Footage is available on Echo Investment"s official YouTube channel.
