The international company Randstad sp. z o.o. has leased an area of 315 sqm in Aquarius Business House – an ‘A’ class office building which is being developed by Echo Investment in the centre of Wrocław.

Randstad is the next company, along with Tieto Poland, PwC and AXIT, to have leased some office space in Aquarius Buisnes House. “We are extremely pleased that Randstad has decided to lease some space in our Wrocław project. In this way the company has joined a group of demanding clients who have appreciated the unique location of our project as well as modern technological solutions which have been applied in Aquarius Business House,” says Katarzyna Kubicka, Senior Leasing Manager in Office Project Department at Echo Investment. Aquarius Business House is being built in the centre of Wrocław, at the junction of Borowska Street and Swobodna Street. The first stage of the project was completed in November last year. The completion of the second stage is planned for October 2013. The contractor of the shell of the facility is Eiffage Budownictwo Mitex SA. The architectural design of the building was developed in the Arcad architectural studio of Kielce.
